Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting a contact form, opting into SMS communications, or otherwise accessing our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Services Description

InterAI+ provides advanced AI research, development, and consulting services focused on:

• NeuroCognitive Architecture Framework development and implementation
• Behavioral Coherence Awareness (BCA) solutions for AI systems
• Voice-based AI interactions and communication tools
• SMS notification systems for appointments, reminders, and customer support
• Research publications and educational resources on AI ethics and safety

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with or without notice.

User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI systems
• Not use our Services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of InterAI+ and third parties

You are solely responsible for your interactions with our Services and any consequences thereof.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, features, and functionality of our Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code, AI models, research papers, and software—are the exclusive property of InterAI Plus LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Services without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTERAI+ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through our Services by third parties
• Any errors or omissions in content, or any loss or damage incurred from use of content made available through the Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INTERAI+ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

INTERAI+ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected

You use the Services at your own discretion and risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data resulting from use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InterAI Plus LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Services

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through:

• Informal Negotiation: Contact us at contact@interaiplus.com to attempt resolution
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date
• Sending an email notification to registered users
• Displaying a prominent notice on our website

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InterAI Plus LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
